Position Description

Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire Senior Project Manager, Fuel opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality assurance, and operations.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and contractual deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution processes.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, within the nuclear, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Experience with construction management and/or development projects.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Bilingual in Spanish would be preferred but not required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: $150K-$185K
• Location: Washington D.C. (Onsite). Due to government contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residential or GC Holder only.
