About the Role
CEMS is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading medium to large multidisciplinary projects, serving as a technical expert, overseeing project teams, and coordinating with clients. This role emphasizes delivery excellence throughout all stages of project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management to civil engineering project teams during planning, design, and execution phases.
- Apply sound judgment in planning, negotiating, and guiding projects to successful completion.
- Represent CEMS at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Maintain quality control, ensure contract compliance, and deliver projects within scope and schedule requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Engineering bachelor's degree required.
- Must hold a Professional Engineering (PE) registration.
- At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Proven experience managing projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing projects for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies.
- LEED AP BD+C and PMP certifications.
- Prefer 15 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
