Senior Project ManagerResponsibilities:Oversee and lead multiple projects or large/complex projects with full responsibility for cost, quality, schedule, and profitabilityProvide strategic leadership to project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project EngineersRepresent Parrish in a professional manner in action, appearance, and attitudeServe as a primary point of contact for Clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship developmentEstablish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Architects, Engineers, and SubcontractorsParticipate in preconstruction, budgeting, and business development efforts as neededPrincipal Duties:Provide oversight and guidance on all aspects of assigned project(s) from preconstruction through closeoutReview preconstruction files to ensure completeness of drawings, specifications, addendums, and bid packagesEnsure proper execution of contracts, bonding, insurance, and permitting requirementsOversee development, updating, and implementation of project schedules in collaboration with SuperintendentsLead financial management of projects, including: Oversight of cost reports and forecastingReview and approval of pay applications and schedule of valuesMonitoring project profitability and identifying risk/opportunitiesMentor and support Project Managers and project staff in execution of their responsibilitiesIdentify and manage critical submittals, long lead items, and procurement strategiesOversee project correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and change order processes to ensure accuracy and timelinessProvide leadership in resolving complex project issues, disputes, and conflictsEnsure effective communication between field operations, subcontractors, and clientsLead Owner and OAC meetings for major projectsMonitor manpower and resource allocation across projectsEnsure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and quality expectationsAssist in training, development, and performance evaluation of project team membersSupport business development efforts, including client meetings and proposal inputPerform all other duties necessary for the successful delivery of projectsJob Requirements:Education:Minimum: Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of related experiencePreferred: Bachelor's degree in Building Construction (or related field) and 10+ years of experienceLanguage Skills:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex construction documents, contracts, and technical specificationsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and professional communicationsMathematical Skills:Ability to perform advanced construction cost analysis, budgeting, and forecastingProficiency in interpreting estimates and financial reportsStrong understanding of geometry, algebra, and construction-related calculationsReasoning Ability:Ability to solve complex problems, manage risk, and make strategic decisionsAbility to lead teams through challenges and adapt to changing project conditionsLicenses:Valid Driver's License (in good standing with less than 6 points)Other Skills and Abilities Needed:Advanced proficiency in: Contract ManagerPrimavera P6 SchedulerMicrosoft Word & ExcelAdobe Acrobat (PDF)Timberline (or similar accounting software)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsThorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and divisions of workAbility to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyFluency in the English language
