Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Reporting
Seattle, WA (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote)
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of a large-scale analytics and reporting platform supporting business operations. This role is ideal for a visionary product leader who can balance long-term strategy with execution, drive stakeholder alignment, and translate complex data initiatives into measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Lead reporting modernization efforts, platform enhancements, and dashboard optimization initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data, analytics, and business stakeholders.
- Manage backlog prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery planning.
- Leverage user research and feedback to identify opportunities and improve adoption.
- Present product strategy and business impact to senior leadership, including executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product domain.
- Strong experience with BI/reporting platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, analytics, and modern cloud data ecosystems.
- Experience leading reporting platform migrations, modernization, or consolidation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metric certification, and analytics best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence both technical teams and executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven analytics, conversational analytics, or LLM-powered products.
- Retail, store operations, or workforce management domain experience.
