Position Summary—As a Senior Product Manager at Walmart, you will independently lead a complex product or product family, leveraging deep customer insights, strategic vision, and technical expertise to drive significant business outcomes. You will define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and influence cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role requires advanced data‑driven decision‑making, mentorship of junior product managers, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while aligning product initiatives with business goals. Your leadership will foster innovation, optimize product lifecycle management, and ensure continuous value realization in a dynamic environment.

The team advances VIZIO Identity and Payment integrations within VIZIO OS by leveraging data‑driven insights and user feedback to enhance product features and customer experience. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the group develops and executes strategic product roadmaps using modern methodologies. Members apply domain expertise and strategic thinking to address business challenges and support product growth. The team emphasizes continuous improvement, innovation, and clear communication to deliver impactful solutions aligned with organizational objectives. This collaborative environment fosters effective decision‑making and drives the successful evolution of complex product offerings.

What you’ll do

  • Define and drive product vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
  • Build deep customer understanding through design thinking, journey mapping, and data analysis to identify and prioritize complex problems.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery and scaling.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration, influencing teams without direct authority and mentoring product managers to enhance team capabilities.
  • Utilize data and AI‑driven insights to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and optimize product outcomes through experimentation.
  • Guide technology adoption and innovation within the product domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, and lifecycle ownership for complex products or product families.
  • Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive alignment.
  • Deep customer and market understanding using design thinking, journey mapping, and data‑driven decision making.

Salary & Compensation

Annual salary range: $99,000.00 – $198,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock options.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 7 years of experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years of experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer‑facing, large‑scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Experience creating inclusive digital experiences, knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and alignment with Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines.
