In this role, you will take the technical lead across multiple projects, taking new designs from initial concept through to production launch. You will also help shape design standards and best practices and mentor engineers across the team.

The Role:
- Leading the design and development of new, high-precision products from concept through to production.
- Carrying out design analysis, modeling, and validation to optimize performance and manufacturability.
- Partnering with R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, and suppliers on complex, cross-functional projects.
- Shaping design standards and mentoring engineers across the team.
- Product design experience, ideally within medical, electronics, or electrical manufacturing.
- Strong SolidWorks ability, with experience in micro-engineering or tight-tolerance design.
- A track record of taking products from concept through to production.
