Adventist Health Portland is seeking a Locum Senior Pharmacist for a full-time inpatient assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established hospital system in the Portland metro area.
Location: Portland, OR
Assignment: 07/27/2026 – 10/25/2026
Schedule: Variable Day Shift, 5x8s (start times may vary)
Compensation: Up to $100/hour
Requirements
- Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
- Epic experience preferred
- BCPS (Board Certification) preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Verify and process medication orders
- Monitor medication therapies for safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness
- Provide clinical pharmacy services and drug information
- Participate in clinical rounds and medication management activities
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Assist with quality improvement and pharmacy operations
