Senior Patient Recruitment Specialist – Covina Onsite

Flourish Research is seeking a Senior Patient Recruitment Specialist for our Covina, California site. The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday day shift (40 hours/week) and non-exempt status. Compensation ranges from $31 to $33 per hour, depending on experience.

You will conduct phone screenings to assess willingness and eligibility, document data, and follow sponsor protocol while complying with GCP, IRB, and HIPAA requirements. A college degree is preferred but not required.
