Senior Paid Social Director

Monks is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social to drive performance for top advertisers across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. You will guide strategy, manage a client roster, and lead a small team of account managers to deliver ROI.

You will be a senior sponsor for key accounts, building relationships with client decision-makers and coordinating with creative and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and renewals. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
