Job TitleDuties and ResponsibilitiesAssume responsibility and accountability for the successful completion of assigned projects.Work with business analyst to understand functional requirements for application software.Develop technical specifications for application software based on functional requirements.Develop application software based on technical specifications.Develop test cases and assist Quality Assurance team with testing.Develop documentation and other training material for application software.Provide technical support in the resolution of problems with application software.Knowledge and ExperienceSubstantial in-depth knowledge of latest.NET application technologies, including ASP.Net, MVC, VB.Net/C#.Net and Visual Studio.Substantial in-depth knowledge of Web Services, SOAP, JQuery, JSON, HTML, XML, and XSLT.Substantial in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and experience developing and maintaining stored procedures.Preferred knowledge of Angular JS, Node.js, and SVN.Substantial in-depth knowledge of best practices in coding standards.At least 4 years relevant work experience in the implementation and support of complex, high availability business applications.Excellent written and verbal business and technical communications skills.Demonstrated strong customer service focus.Ability to work in both a team environment and independently, and with limited direction.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.Willingness to take initiative.Flexible, adaptable, receptive, collaborative.Highly enthusiastic and optimistic, can-do attitude.Experience with Onyx or other CRM applications preferred.Core CompetenciesTeamwork: Offers time and/or assistance to colleagues; is widely regarded and respected as someone to go to for help.
