- 10 to 12 years of Medical Device manufacturing experience (atleast 2 to 3 years of Client experience is preferred)
- Very strong experience in process development & process characterization
- Good experience in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Good experience in test method development & validation
- Good experience in PFMEA
- Good knowledge in data analysis thru Minitab
- Good communication skills (collaboration with cross functional team) & mentoring skills (self driven & guiding the junior engineers)
