Senior Quality Engineering Manager – Medical Device
Location: Minneapolis | Direct | Base salary $140,000 - $170,000
Role
- Lead a team of Quality Engineers supporting manufacturing operations
- Oversee quality systems, change control, nonconformance management, audit readiness, and quality KPIs
- Support manufacturing readiness and process improvements for new and existing products
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and senior leadership
- Coach and develop the Quality Engineering team while driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Background they're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality (medical device preferred)
- Strong knowledge of FDA and ISO quality systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Base salary: $140,000–$170,000 plus annual bonus
