Senior Manager, People Strategy & Process

ON.energy is seeking a Senior Manager, People Strategy & Process to align the EVP of People’s priorities with a practical roadmap.

You’ll manage six to eight workstreams across talent, total rewards, HRBP, people operations, learning and development, and talent acquisition, ensuring progress, accountability, and clear communication.

This role blends strategy and execution, building processes, templates, and cadence to keep leadership informed and risks visible.
