Senior Manager, Member Acquisition & Growth

SoFi seeks a Senior Manager, SoFi Plus Member Acquisition, to accelerate growth of SoFi Plus within the Member Business Unit. You will own acquisition strategy, segmentation, and the development of signup experiences across teams, with cross-functional collaboration to track performance.

This role requires a data-driven leader who can translate insights into actionable plans, coordinate timelines, and present executive-ready updates on progress, readiness, and business impact.
