Overview
Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager. Ideal candidate has public accounting and industry experience with multinational publicly traded company and strong management experience.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage the preparation of SEC filings including Forms 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K.
- Perform technical reviews of various footnotes and MD&A items.
- Assist with review of XBRL tagging of financial statements and footnotes.
- Interact with accounting personnel at all divisions, including senior Management.
- Manage a team.
- Complete other various projects and special analysis as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degreee in Accounting is required.
- CPA required.
- Minimum 10+ years relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of SEC Reporting.
- Public accounting and industry experience with publicly traded company required
- Strong PC skills and proficiency in Excel.
Work environment: hybrid (3 days in office)
