- 8+ years of progressive Organizational Change Management experience.
- 3+ years in technology, digital or software engineering transformations.
- Hands-on change management experience.
- Experience with Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, LaMarsh or similar methodology.
- PDLC/SDLC transformation experience.
- Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe, CI/CD, DevOps and release-management knowledge.
- Direct AI enablement/adoption experience.
- Ability to influence senior technology/business leaders without formal authority.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
