Senior Living Growth & Marketing Director

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for a senior living community. You will lead marketing initiatives to generate leads, qualify prospects, and guide moves into a new home. Work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft a strategic plan aimed at achieving occupancy targets.

You will build relationships with families, community partners, and team members while coordinating events and tours to showcase the community’s care and value.
