Senior Litigation Counsel (CA) — In-Office 3x/Week

Delahunty & Nash LLP in San Mateo is seeking a Litigation Counsel to handle a broad range of civil and commercial matters from intake through resolution. You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and prepare witnesses and evidence for hearings and trial.

This full-time role requires regular in-court appearances and three days a week of in-person collaboration in the office, with a commitment to developing the candidate’s practice toward a partner track.
