Senior Litigation Attorney -Remote
Miami based firm
We are working with a boutique firm that handles complex commercial litigation matters. They are seeking an experienced attorney with strong oral advocacy experience. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of courtroom experience.
Remote role with occasional in-person appearances when necessary in Miami.

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft high-level documents, including motions, memoranda, and briefs
- Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, trials, and appellate arguments
- Analyze fact records and legal issues
- Collaborate with the team during Zoom meetings
- Work directly with sophisticated domestic and international clients
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- Worked in a law firm environment on hourly matters
- Commercial litigation experience is preferred, but not required
- Outstanding legal writing and research skills
- Motivated self-starter
