This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with extensive civil litigation, construction defect, and/or real estate litigation experience, including significant trial work, to join a growing practice, lead complex litigation matters, and play a key role in the firm's continued success. Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (remote option available in Denver) | Monday - FridayWhat You'll Do In this role, the senior attorney will manage a substantial caseload, mentor junior attorneys, and expand the team as the practice continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:Handle complex civil litigation and real estate cases from intake to resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents & conduct legal research and analysisAdvise clients on legal strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent them in courtManage discovery, depositions, and all phases of litigationLead trials, court appearances & other proceedings as neededInterpret and apply laws, rulings, and regulationsMentor junior attorneys and contribute to team developmentCollaborate with firm leadership to grow and expand the practiceOption to bring personal cases for a higher compensation percentageWhat We Are Looking For Requirements:Colorado Bar License (Required)8–10+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or real estate lawExtensive trail experience, including serving as first-chair in complex litigationAbility to independently manage a high-volume caseload from inception through trialDemonstrated leadership skills with experience or interest in mentoring junior attorneysWhat You Can Expect Competitive compensation with generous bonus opportunities Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance 401(k), paid time off & professional development support Hybrid work schedule with a modern office environment Career growth opportunities in a collaborative culture Relaxed workplace, team social events & daily lunch provided
