Position Overview
Members of our Banquet Staff work under the direction of the Director of Legacy to complete a variety of tasks relating to the events hosted at the Legacy. If you are looking for a hands‑on job with lots of variety, this is the position for you!
What You’ll Do
- Primarily responsible for the physical setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
- Lead and train banquet/event setup team members
- Ensure rooms are set up according to event specifications
- Manage timelines for setups, room flips, and breakdowns
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards
- Inspect completed setups for accuracy and quality
- Communicate event needs and issues to leadership
- Support efficient and professional event execution
