Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and core business application initiatives within business segments
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and measurable business outcomes in partnership with stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business segments, ERP functional areas and technical teams
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery and adoption with minimal business disruption
- Ensure alignment with organizational governance, change management, and release processes
- Drive successful transition from project delivery to business adoption and value realization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including IT leadership, business partners, and IT Teams
- Provide clear and consistent communication on project status, risks, milestones and outcomes
- Translate technical details into business-relevant insights to support decision‑making
- Facilitate alignment across teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to the advancement of IT project management practices, standards, and tools
- Mentor and support project managers, technical leads, and business analysts as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience delivering complex technology initiatives
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or major core business application initiatives within specific business segments
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, or supply chain, and how they are enabled by ERP systems
- Experience managing or contributing to project portfolios, prioritization, or strategic planning
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
