This role will be a hybrid position with 50% in office. The role reports to the General Manager of the business and has a dotted line to the Group Vice President of Human Resources. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. **Job Responsibilities** \* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. \* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding. \* Support the administration of Modaxo compensation and benefits programs, \* Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. \* Lead employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions \* Ensure compliance with all federal and local employment laws and regulations \* Utilize training resources for managers and employees. \* Manage HR information systems (HRIS, Workday) and maintain accurate employee records. \* Conduct HR audits and prepare reports on HR metrics and trends. \* Collaborate with General Manager and functional leadership to foster a culture of engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Job Qualifications** \* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \* Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a HR management role. Experience in a remote first, highly matrixed environment is preferred. \* PHR/SPHR certification is preferred. \* Thorough knowledge of North American employment law and regulations is required. \* Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs. \* Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. \* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. \* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities. \* Proficiency with HRIS (Workday) and other HR-related software. \* Experience in a technology or fast-paced industry is an asset.
