Senior HBM DFT Engineer — Tape-Out & Verification

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Engineer – HBM Design for Test (DFT) to define, implement and support DFT across HBM core and base die for current and next-generation products.

You will drive DFT architectures, contribute to specifications, and partner with DFT Architecture, Design, Test and Verification teams to ensure tape-out, bring-up and qualification success. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and quality craftsmanship.
