Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr – $220,000.00/yr

Your Role

• Lead and grow a geotechnical engineering group, setting vision and strategy for expansion.
• Oversee complex projects involving foundation design, slope stability, earth retention systems, and site investigations.
• Mentor and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
• Drive business development initiatives and strengthen client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of geotechnical experience with proven leadership and business development skills.
• Strong technical expertise combined with entrepreneurial mindset.
