Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  Lead geotechnical investigations

  n

  Prepare proposals, reports, specifications, and cost estimates

  Meet with clients throughout design and construction

  Provide technical oversight and QA guidance

  n

• n

  Mentor, not manage, junior engineers and technical staff

  n

• n

  Support business development efforts

  n
n
• n

  Help grow the geotechnical practice

n

Candidate Must Have

✅ Active Professional Engineer (PE) License

✅ 10–15+ years of Geotechnical Engineering experience

✅ Proposal writing experience

✅ Client-facing experience

✅ Strong technical communication skills

✅ Valid driver's license
