Senior Software Engineer for Advanced Security Operations
As a senior member of our forward-deployed development team providing critical mission support to advanced security operations, you will work closely with analysts and operators to plan and architect solutions to cyber exploitation problems. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute across all stages of the intelligence pipeline, interacting directly with operators to enhance their workflows and supporting analysts by building analytics to inform decision-making.
Responsibilities

• Develop web applications that intuitively convey data and analysis.
• Create data transformations for various types of data (text, JSON, databases, XML, configurations).
• Facilitate interactions with customers to gather feature requests, new application requirements, and understand project needs.
• Gain a deep understanding of mission objectives and data to guide analysts in formulating the right questions.
• Maintain and architect existing and new applications and transformations to better convey analytics and insights.
• Manage and support critical servers for advanced security operations projects, including development and system administration tasks.

• Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and React or another modern frontend framework (Angular, Vue).
• Experience using Python for application development, scripting, and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with dataframes (Pandas, Polars).
• Comfort with SQL and experience with various database types (SQLite, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Understanding of git and GitLab for source control.

• AWS Certifications.
• DevOps CI/CD Experience.
• Experience with agency data processing and storage.
• Experience developing using AI agents.
