Base Pay Range
$30.00/hr - $32.07/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional eager to excel in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into formal requirements, acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often utilizing new technologies.
- Handle client inquiries related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products via email or phone.
- Communicate confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain intermediate computer skills and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Possess an IT degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in technical support or banking services.
- 1-2 years of experience in the banking/financial industry.
- Over 1 year of customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in team settings.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
