Base Pay Range

$30.00/hr - $32.07/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional eager to excel in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into formal requirements, acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often utilizing new technologies.
• Handle client inquiries related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products via email or phone.
• Communicate confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain intermediate computer skills and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Possess an IT degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in technical support or banking services.
• 1-2 years of experience in the banking/financial industry.
• Over 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in team settings.
• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
