What You'll Do
- Deliver financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support business and operational decisions
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and key metrics for leadership teams
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
- Develop and enhance reporting solutions using Excel, SQL, Power Query, and business intelligence tools
- Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses from concept to completion
- Partner with multiple departments to provide data-driven insights and reporting support
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation
- Experience with SQL, databases, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management capabilities
- Professional services or law firm experience is a plus
- CPA preferred but not required
