Target Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models to support revenue analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers impacting performance.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Analyze revenue trends, business unit performance, and compensation incentive programs.

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Prior insurance brokerage industry experience is required for remote consideration.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems, including Workday Adaptive preferred.
