This role will also develop and deploy the SAP Business Intelligence tool throughout the company.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop budgets in support of labor, overhead, capital, headcount, sales, and inter-company transactionsMonitor actual versus budget variances on a monthly basis, and analyze trendsCreate ad hoc reports and analyze data to work toward an understanding and resolution of complex situational problemsAnalyze, reconcile, and prepare elements of balance sheets, profit, and loss statements, and other formal financial reports on a scheduled basisPerform FI/COPA/BI data validation and discrepancy resolutionFacilitate training classes regarding current and new functionalitiesAssist team with non-complex technical issue resolutions; forward complex issues to appropriate subject matter experts for resolutionManage contents of the Business Intelligence (BI) Expense CubeAdminister and Track BI BEx and BI HANA SAP role/job-based security of field personnelPerform COPA and Business Intelligence testing for SAP ECC upgradesPerform other job-related duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organization, multi-tasking and time management skillsExperience in accounting systems, and principlesExperience using SAP ECC SystemsPhysical DemandsPhysical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machinePhysical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stoopingMay require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbsEEO StatementSouthern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, an Affirmative Action/EEO employer, prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
