Senior Executive RecruiterThe Lincoln Group is searching for a Senior Executive Recruiter to support our fast-growing teams in Denver, CO, Newport Beach, CA, and Las Vegas, NV. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, recruiting, networking, pipelining, and placing mid to executive-level talent in direct hire opportunities, as well as contract/consulting engagements. Come join our team and start making placements immediately.Principal Duties:Partner with the Business Development team to gain insight on new positions, client requirements, and future opportunities for businessProactively source candidates through existing databases and contacts, social media, job boards, job fairs, professional networking sites, referrals, and advertising campaignsGain market insight from daily interaction with candidates, and share intel with the Business Development team to chase leads on potential businessMaintain and guarantee appropriate service delivery upon qualification of openings with clientsMaintain weekly KPIs to ensure success in the businessBalance desk with proactive recruiting for upcoming projects, and/or recruiting for Matrix positionsManage the candidate cycle from start to finish, including but not limited to:Performing the initial profile and making recommendations on resume preparation/formattingAdvising on competitive market pay rate requirementsEstablish rapport with candidates by interviewing them in person or virtuallyQualifying the candidate for current or future openingsFacilitating the scheduling of interviews with clients as well as preparing the candidate on interview expectationsDebriefing candidates after interviewsExtending verbal offers and ultimately placing the candidateVerifying references, and managing all paperwork required to be eligible to consult through Lincoln GroupMaintaining relationships with consultants by performing quality check callsPartner with the back-office team for administrative tasks such as background check process, paperwork, and tax information, as well as benefits for consultantsKeep up with employee timesheets and ensure proper approval for timely payroll processingBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably across the functionalAgency recruiting, corporate talent acquisition, or combination preferredBenefits:Paid vacation days are unlimitedTop Performance Clubs AwardsAdvanced resources & toolsEmpowering, inclusive, and fun cultureFor IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, please apply immediately with your resume and availability to interview.
