Senior Executive Assistant, Product & TechnologyRidgeline is looking for a senior, highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to join our Product & Technology (P&T) organization. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and provides dedicated support to VPs across the P&T org. In addition to owning calendar and travel management with excellence, you'll help leaders stay ahead of shifting priorities, connect the dots across the organization, and proactively flag issues before they become problems. You'll be deeply embedded across the organization, building relationships and understanding how the pieces fit together to help keep a fast-moving, high-growth team running smoothly.At this time, Ridgeline does not sponsor work visas for this position.What will you do?Manage complex, shifting calendars for multiple senior leaders, balancing competing priorities in real timeCoordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports (including multi-currency expenses)Organize and prepare for leadership meetings and offsites, including gathering materials, booking venues, and managing logisticsAttend meetings as needed, take notes, and help prepare summaries or follow-up materialsServe as a connective point across business functions — keeping leaders informed of time-sensitive and priority issues and ensuring appropriate follow-upSupport onsite and office experience needs, such as event coordination, office seating, and office movesBuild relationships and trust across the organization so you know who's who and can navigate cross-functional requests efficientlyExercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential and sensitive informationAdapt your working style to the preferences of multiple leaders, each with different communication styles and needsDesired Skills and Experience8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior administrative role, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders at once and familiarity supporting leaders across different time zonesA senior-level self-starter who can take direction on overall strategy and then execute independently, without needing to be told exactly how to executeStrong time management and context-switching skills — comfortable juggling shifting priorities across multiple stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills; a natural relationship-builder who reads people and organizational dynamics wellHigh degree of maturity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling confidential informationAdaptable and open to change — comfortable adjusting your approach as the business and its needs evolveStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationFamiliarity with Google Suite or similar productivity toolsComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where priorities can shift quicklyBonusPrior experience supporting leaders in a product, technology, or engineering organizationExperience managing multi-currency travel and expense processesAbout RidgelineRidgeline is the industry cloud platform for investment management.
