Senior Engineering Manager, Internal Tools & Observability

Rippling’s Seattle-based team seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for Tools and Observability. You will lead the internal developer tooling and observability infrastructure that powers 1,000+ engineers and millions of users.

You will define the long-term strategy for developer productivity, tooling, and observability, while building self-service capabilities and ensuring reliable logging, metrics, tracing, and error-monitoring systems. Collaboration with multiple engineering teams is essential.
