Senior Employee Benefits Strategist – Key Accounts

USI Insurance Services is seeking an EB Senior Account Executive to manage our largest and most complex employee benefits clients, serving as their primary service contact. You’ll build trusted relationships, guide strategic decisions, and ensure a high-quality experience that drives long-term satisfaction and account growth.

You will lead renewals, analyze utilization, and negotiate with carriers while providing guidance on ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, Form 5500 reporting, and Health Care Reform.
