It also means that each member of our team has truly limitless potential to build a unique, meaningful, and high-impact career—and they'll receive great total rewards along the way.The Senior Electrical Engineer is a fully competent engineering professional responsible for performing complex design work, making independent technical decisions, and applying advanced engineering principles across a variety of building system projects.Plan and conduct complex engineering assignments requiring independent judgmentSupervise, coordinate, and review work of Engineers, Designers, and CAD OperatorsDevelop technical reports, studies, and system analysesEvaluate substitute equipment and review system adjustments after installationRepresent the firm in meetings and coordinate across all tradesPerform engineering designs, calculations, and evaluations with advanced techniquesMentor junior engineers and support project technical leadershipResponsibilities:Professional Engineering License (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferredBachelor of Science degree or equivalentEight years of relevant project engineering experienceRevit experience.Qualifications and Experience:This role provides technical leadership, mentors junior staff, conducts calculations and system analyses, evaluates equipment and system performance, and represents the firm in meetings requiring coordination across all design disciplines.The Senior Engineer ensures that project designs meet quality standards, client expectations, and engineering best practices.Location: Rochester, New York or Buffalo, New YorkTravel: Up to 25%Compensation & Benefits: The expected base salary range for this role is $87,360 - $120,000 USD per year, hourly, non-exempt. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive U.S.
