This position will lead exciting projects across the United States for Hospitality/Luxury Residential, Entertainment, Healthcare and Life Sciences.What a day at EXP has in store for youIdentify, research, and qualify RFP/ RFQ's and upcoming projects for go/no go potentialDirect and lead submittals in response to RFP/ RFQ's.Manage existing and develop new client relationshipsPerform at a'responsible charge' level; meeting exp's design and quality levelsManage work plans and deliverables on multiple projects within budgeted hoursWork with project team and clients to meet scheduled project milestones on multiple projectsApply risk management procedures daily to minimize exp's and client's exposure to problemsUnderstand MEP/FP work planning and manage design process to the available hours in work planUnderstand proper scope of MEP/FP SD, DD, CD level documents – and deliver appropriate documentationCoordinates with other disciplines (MEP/FP, architectural, structural, etc)Edit and develop scope of work narratives (SD narrative, basis of design, etc)Develop equipment room sizes during SD and DD phasesThorough knowledge of Electrical codesBe able to direct and mentor designer level staff on all of their responsibilities on a daily basisQA/QC reviews of all calculations by designers, and provide guidance and mentoringThe Skills and Knowledge You BringBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program10+ years Electrical design experienceRegistered Professional Engineer in State of Denver required.7+ years of hospitality facility, Healthcare and Life Sciences or Hospitality designThe salary range for this role is $125,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
