Senior Donor Relations & Major Gifts Director

The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a Donor Relations Director (DRD) to lead major gifts efforts within the Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division. The DRD will manage a caseload of 150 qualified major donors, securing gifts typically starting at $5,000 and higher, while expanding giving and strengthening existing support.

This full-time exempt role requires proven major gifts success, exceptional writing and presentation skills, and the ability to travel regularly.
