A leading organization specializing in digital solutions is seeking a Senior Digital Asset Manager (AEM) to support their team. This a 3 month contract role that will be 3 days remote and 2 days onsite in Wilmington, DE. The role requires extensive product ownership experience, including managing digital asset initiatives and leading change management efforts.

Senior Digital Asset Manager (AEM) Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete delivery of projects related to AEM Cloud and digital asset management, transforming business goals into practical requirements and prioritized task lists.
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, maintaining open communication and project transparency throughout the development cycle.
  • Collaborate with change management teams to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Advocate for digital asset management best practices, supporting integration efforts and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships across cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and vendor partners, operating independently to advance initiatives.

Senior Digital Asset Manager (AEM) Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with significant roles in product management or ownership.
  • Proven success managing large-scale digital transformation or DAM projects within regulated industries like financial services.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud) and foundational DAM concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset.
