Senior DevOps EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, automation, and modern DevOps/SRE best practices. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure efficient delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement across our systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Cloud ManagementArchitect, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)Implement IaC using Terraform / CloudFormation / AnsibleOptimize cloud costs, resource utilization, and system performanceDesign high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategiesCI/CD & AutomationBuild and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)Automate release processes, testing, and environment provisioningEnable zero-downtime deployments and canary/blue-green rollout strategiesMonitoring, Logging & ReliabilitySet up end-to-end observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic)Proactively detect and troubleshoot system bottlenecks, incidents, and outagesEstablish SRE practices: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident managementSecurity & ComplianceImplement DevSecOps practices — vulnerability scanning, patching, secrets managementManage IAM roles, security groups, authentication, and access policiesEnsure compliance with security standards (SOC2, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA depending on org)Containerization & OrchestrationManage Dockerized applications and Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE, self-managed)Implement service mesh, autoscaling, and cluster maintenance strategiesCollaboration & LeadershipWork closely with developers to optimize application performance and reliabilityMentor junior DevOps engineers and drive best practicesParticipate in on-call rotations and lead incident resolutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in cloud-based environmentsStrong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCPDeep understanding of CI/CD systems and automation toolsSolid scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell, Go optional)Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectureStrong knowledge of networking, Linux administration, and system internalsFamiliarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/FluxCD)Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
