Senior Data Scientist, Production ML for SaaS Loyalty

Phaedon is a leading loyalty partner delivering end-to-end loyalty solutions. We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and ship production AI/ML models powering our loyalty platform.

You’ll own model development from framing to deployment, and ship features that run in production via APIs, not notebooks. You will tackle fraud detection, personalization, forecasting, and retrieval-augmented generation, with a focus on production-readiness and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
