Senior Corporate Transactions Partner – Cross-Border & IP

Illapa Search is seeking an accomplished Corporate Transactional Partner to join its Miami office. The candidate will lead sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, advise on business, corporate, international, and trademark matters, and work directly with clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong writing and drafting skills, and a proven ability to manage matters independently within a collaborative team. Florida Bar in good standing is required.
