Senior Corporate Governance & M&A Counsel

General Mills in Minneapolis, Minnesota, seeks an attorney to join its governance and corporate secretary legal team. You will support the Board of Directors and committees, counsel on governance and corporate law matters, and coordinate the annual stockholders meeting and proxy statements.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. from an ABA‑accredited school, Minnesota bar eligibility within 12 months, and at least 3 years in a public company or large firm handling governance issues and SEC disclosures.
