Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryMcKinstry is looking to add a Senior Construction Project Engineer to our growing Offsite Manufacturing team in Seattle, WA. This role supports the Project Manager in coordinating the operational and contractual execution of a defined modular product value stream.
The Senior Project Engineer helps organize schedules, manpower planning, materials, documentation, and production follow-up to support cost, quality, and delivery targets. This role works closely with manufacturing operations, supply chain, engineering, trades, subcontractors, vendors, and commercial teams to keep work aligned and moving forward. Additional responsibilities include:Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors to support daily value stream execution.Support cross-functional communication between manufacturing operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams.Track action items, documentation, constraints, and follow-up items needed to keep production work moving forward.Help monitor schedules, materials, manpower needs, and production progress against cost, quality, and delivery targets.Support continuous improvement and process innovation within offsite manufacturing operations.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstryBachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience. Especially job experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.5 years of experience in production, operations, manufacturing, construction, or project coordination preferred. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
