Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to lead oncology clinical trials. You will be responsible for end-to-end study management, ensuring strict adherence to protocols, federal regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and participant safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Protocol & Patient Management: Execute all study-related procedures, conduct participant visits, and ensure protocol compliance throughout the study lifecycle.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time source documentation (ALCOA) and eCRFs; manage informed consent and safety reporting (including SAEs) within required timeframes.
• Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for research staff; act as an escalation point for complex trial issues.
• Enrollment: Manage participant recruitment and screening to meet sponsor timelines while upholding medical ethics.
• Operational Oversight: Manage study materials, lab supplies, and site communications with investigators and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 Years of Clinical Research Coordinating experience; Preferably Oncology experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry certification (e.g., ACRP/SOCRA) is highly desired.
• Skills: Proficiency in clinical research methodology, Microsoft Office 365, and SOP development.
• Competencies: Strong critical thinking, risk assessment, process improvement, and conflict management skills.

Hours: Monday-Friday; Normal Business Hours; Onsite 5 Days a Week

Pay: $32/hr-$39/hr - Dependent on background and years of experience
