Senior Client Relationship Leader (Hybrid Seattle)

Marsh is seeking a Region Market Development professional to manage a portfolio of large client accounts (5,000+ employees) in the Pacific Northwest, based in our Seattle office. The role requires a hybrid schedule with in-office or client-site work at least three days per week.

You will build trusted advisor relationships, drive revenue growth, and partner across Marsh teams to develop tailored solutions. Collaboration with senior leaders and a mindset toward AI-enabled tools are essential.
