Title: BI Developer

Job Description
- Expertise in SQL and Data Modeling and experience with relational databases (e.g., Redshift, RDS, Databricks).
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define Personas, Use cases, metrics, KPIs, and data sources.
- Data profiling and assessment of data quality, completeness, and lineage for identified source systems.
- Transformation logic creation (ETL/ELT) required to support dashboard metrics.
- Development of interactive dashboards in Tableau with role-based views and filters.
- Implementation of visualizations for agreed metrics and KPIs.
- Basic performance tuning and optimization for dashboard load times.
- Knowledge transfer session(s) for end users.
- In addition to having the knowledge required to perform the above activities:
- Must have minimum 6 years of Tableau dashboard development.
- Must have minimum 10 years of experience with complex data environments including advanced SQL and data modeling.
- Track record of leading projects and training others.
- Must be proficient in transforming complex data into actionable business insights and troubleshooting issues in analytics pipelines.
- Consistently adopt best practices to ensure data accuracy and accountability.
