We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and culture, which embraces our mission of providing financial and non-financial benefits back to the members of the Seneca Nation.Basic QualificationsEight (8)+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial systems managementFive (5)+ years utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) to develop interactive dashboards and executive-level reportsDemonstrated experience developing and deploying automated tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, UiPath, or bots) to streamline manual financial reconciliation processesExperience identifying financial trends, anomalies, and areas for process efficiency within large federal datasetsProficiency in utilizing DoW data platforms to synthesize data for audit and leadership decision-makingBachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Business AdministrationAbility to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical senior leadershipDesired SkillsMaster's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information TechnologyExperience integrating financial audit data with operational metrics to create unified quality dashboards for organizational riskCertifications in data analytics or process automation (e.g., CAP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or UiPath Certified Professional)Experience with GFEBS and other DoW financial systems listed in the PWS (e.g., DDRS)Salary at Seneca is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The range of this position in other geographic locations may differ.
