Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations
- Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications
- 3 - 10 years of experience in either of the litigation practice mentioned: Product liability or class actions or medical malpractice defense or legal malpractice defense or catastrophic torts , or complex commercial litigation.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $280,000 – $360,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
